Important: Cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been dispatched from our facility. Once your glassware has been packaged and handed to our courier partners, the cancellation window closes to protect delivery integrity.

When we process your cancellation, returning your payment is our priority. Refund timelines depend on your original payment method:

  • PayPal Balance Payments – Refunds appear within 2 business days.

  • Credit Cards via PayPal – Refunds are processed immediately, though your bank may take up to 10 business days to reflect the credit on your statement. This delay is controlled by your financial institution.
